Holiday credit – What it is & how it works

Holiday credit – What it is & how it works

Due to the outbreak of COVID19 (Coronavirus), many international students may be impacted by travel restrictions. We understand this may have raised concerns about their ability to continue their studies in Australia, their 500 visa and their OSHC policy. Options are different for existing students who have already commenced their studies in Australia and new students who are yet to arrive in Australia.

Existing students – Extend policy dates

If you are an AGA OSHC customer who has commenced your studies in Australia, but are unable to return to due to travel restrictions, instead of cancelling their policy, you may be eligible to extend your policy end date. Email info@oshcstudents.com for more information.

New students – Changing OSHC policy dates

If you AGA OSHC has not departed your home country and is unable to arrive due to travel restrictions, you can change your policy dates via the Annalink OSHCstudents Portal on www.oshcstudents.com.au
