• Step 1: Access to the provider’s website: https://members.medibank.com.au/login.html
• Step 2: Login with “Member Email” and “Password”

Click the ‘Me’ option in the menu of the Home Page.

Select ‘Order a membership card‘

Check that your contact details are correct. Update your Australian home mailing address in the “Login & contact details” section.

Then select ‘Order a new card’
